BMX Rescue collects the information you provide through our forms (donation offers and bike requests) for the sole purpose of assessing, coordinating and fulfilling bike donations.

What we collect

• Donation form: your name, email, phone, suburb, bike/parts description, and optional photos.
• Request form: requester name, email, phone, suburb, relationship to the rider, child age range and height, experience, and a short story.

What we don’t collect

We intentionally do not ask for children’s names, dates of birth, home addresses, school information, or photos of children.

How long we keep it

We retain submission data only as long as needed to process the donation or request. Unsuccessful applications are deleted after a reasonable period.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@bmxrescue.au.
